Hi, I'm Corrie. I am a Wife and a Mother to an amazing little boy. I love Photography and people (as well as nature) so what better career to have than things I love combined into one job! They say if you love what you do then you will never work a day in your life. While I love that saying, I am committed to working hard to get my clients photos they will love and look back on fondly (but yes I'll have fun while I'm doing it!)

How I got started

The love for photography was born

When I was a little girl, I dreamed of photographing a beautiful owl I had seen in the woods. I received my first camera and my photography journey began. I spent nearly every day from sunrise to sunset running around outside taking pictures. I photographed everything that caught my eye (from moths to clouds to thistles to family pets). And although I never saw that owl again, I fell in love with photography and haven't put down the camera since.

When my son was born, I wanted to stare at him all day every day! I wanted to remember every little wrinkle and curl and smile. I took his newborn photos within his first 2 weeks of being born and by the time he was 1 month old he didn't even look like that anymore ! I wanted to cry because he was already growing up way to fast! But thankfully I had his pictures to look back on. I still look at them on a regular basis. One day I hope his kids get to see them and maybe their kids too.
