How should we dress for our family session?
Coordinated colors and styles that are seasonally appropriate is best. Avoid bold flashy colors or prints as this will take away from your facial details and expressions.
What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?
Within the first 2 weeks after birth. Time of day varies but it is best if the session is right at nap time / right after a feeding.
How long does a session take?
This varies depending on the type of session you have however it could be from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
How are the photos delivered?
Client galleries are uploaded to CloudSpot. Clients will be given a specific link and password to access their photos once payment has been confirmed. Once they have logged in they have full rights to their photos with the ability to download or share to social media with full resolution.
Cancelation or rescheduling?
Life gets hectic and messy so it's understandable. If you find the need to reschedule or cancel a session, contact the photographer as soon as possible! If it is less than 24 hours away from your scheduled session a small fee will be applied but you will not be expected to pay for the full shoot.
